All agreements between Aajoda and entrepreneurs result in contractual period of 12 months paid in advance. Thereafter, the notice period is running at 2 months after you signed your termination as you do under your preferences in your account at Aajoda. After 12 months, the subscription can be upgraded or downgraded at any time. Upon notification of such change begins new subscription form be claimed the next calendar month and then running subscription on a monthly basis with 2 months notice.
A price adjustment on current contracts shall be notified one month before it takes effect. If you unsubscribe because of a price adjustment, you are protected against price change during the notice period. Upon termination of the agreement, we have the right to delete all or part of your profile.
By ordering a service you agree to pay the associated fees, excluding VAT. You will be billed / charged according to the billing frequency and payment options you have selected. If payment is delayed Aajoda is entitled to charge reminder fees, collection costs and interest. Aajoda also have the right to temporarily freeze the account until full payment has been received.
Aajoda use cookies to measure the statistics and optimize the user experience. If you do not accept the use of cookies, you will not be able to use the site fully.
We are not responsible under this Agreement when the fulfillment of the contract is prevented by force majeure.
These terms and conditions can at any time and without notice be revised or amended. All changes will be posted on our website. As a continuation users of our services signifies your acceptance of the changed terms. If any of these terms would be considered illegal and without effect and therefore non-enforceable, this will not have any effect on the applicability or enforceability of the other portions of the Terms of Service.
Aajoda owns the right to assign this contract to another company and when the conditions continue to apply between you and the acquiring company.
Terms embrace to Swedish legislation and the general rules in Swedish legislation applies in all relationships between us and the registered users and other users of the Site, unless otherwise stated. Any disputes shall be brought before the court in Aajodas Swedish jurisdiction except when this is contrary to the compulsory jurisdiction rules.
